Ruben Bulgin provided force protection and access control for the 49^th Military Police Company as a government contractor. He also served in a security leadership position as a sergeant. He is a Certified Security Operation Specialist (CSOS), certified Situational Awareness Specialist Advanced Practitioner (SAS-AP), an ALIVE Active Shooter Survival Training Instructor by ALIVE and a First Aid, CPR instructor by American Red Cross. Mr. Bulgin also serves on the Saint Joseph and Buchanan County LEPC as a member under the Agriculture Industry. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from Benedictine College. Mr. Bulgin is an experienced Security Professional with over 15 years’ experience and a background and expertise in site security, emergency management, physical security, and executive protection lite. Mission-driven senior security professional and a veteran in the field of physical security, he has record of protecting sites and enforcing security for special-events visitors. He also has superior capacity to ensure that physical security policies, standards, and procedures are in place, thrive under pressure in fast-pace environments, while directing multiple security-related programs, and working with diverse teams.

Under his leadership, and during his 20 years in the private security profession, he has protected critical infrastructures such as the Trans Alaskan Pipeline, America’s Norther Critical Energy Infrastructure. Mr. Bulgin is well known for his high level of professionalism, passion for keeping people safe, consistent ability to effectively deal with highly difficult security challenges, and his ability to manage demanding assignments.
